INRTRODUCING BUMBU DELHI

HilariusJourney.wordpress.com – A HIGHLY-anticipated new Indian restaurant at Bali’s Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso opened its doors in July. It is open daily from 6-11 p.m., except Tuesdays.

The Bumbu Delhi indulges the customer’s palate with rich delicacies of Indian cuisine created by its Delhi-born chef, Anil Chandra, who is happy to adjust the flavors of his dishes based on request.

All of the restaurant’s waiters have been trained to recommend dishes from the menu for guests from different countries.
